The developers of this website maintain a business listing database of both paid advertisers and free listings and reserves the right to publish, or not publish, such listings.

The developers of this website are not responsible actions, follow up, fees or quality of service receive from the tradespeople listed on this website. It is the responsibility of the parties involved to discuss a solution to the given problem and negotiate a quote / price to undertake any work required.

Users of this website will not:

• use the Site for any purpose or in any way which is contrary to the Terms & Conditions or which is unlawful, including but not limited to breaching intellectual property rights, linking to a listing in the Directory any defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, obscene, offensive, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable material of any kind;
• submit or otherwise link to the directory, whether for automatic upload or otherwise, or otherwise propagate material of any kind which contains computer worms, viruses or other types of malicious or harmful code;
• damage, modify, interfere with disrupt or destroy the files, data, passwords, devices or resources or do anything that compromises the security and/or stability of the Site or the directory;
• use the directory in connection with the transmission of junk mail, spam, chain letters or to engage in other flooding techniques or mass distribution of unsolicited email; or
• send automated queries of any kind to the Site or the directory without ALS's express written permission.

The website developers will have no responsibility or liability in relation to any loss or damage that you incur, including damage to your software or hardware, arising from the users use of or access to this website.

Tradies On The Beaches is offered to tradespeople working within the Northern Beaches area.

We reserve the right to reject a listing request if we determine that your business is not suitable for our directory.

While we make every effort to ensure that Tradies On The Beaches ranks very well on the major search engines, it is liable to change without notice and we cannot guarantee it's ranking at any time.

We cannot guarantee how many enquiries you will receive during your subscription period.

Subscriptions are $550 (including GST) and are for a 12 month period.

Annual fee payments can be made online via the secure Paypal website. Upon receipt of which you will be emailed a tax invoice.

Once payment has been cleared within our account, your listing will be added to our website within three working days.

Your subscription period commences from the date your listing is live on our website.

If you would like your listing removed from our directory during your subscription period, we are happy to remove your listing however refunds will not be offered for any remaining period of your subscription.

We trust the information you provide us about your business is accurate. We are in no way responsible for its validity or accuracy.

We may choose to make amendments to your listing if we feel it is not grammatically correct, adversely misrepresents your business, slanders other listings on our website or is not relevant to your listing or the goal of our website.

Should you change your contact details during your subscription period, we are happy to make amendments to your listing however these will only be done a reasonable number of times.

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and remove your listing from our website at any time. If this is the case we will refund you any balance of monies remaining on your subscription period. These monies will be paid via direct bank deposit into a bank account of your choosing within 5 days of your listing being removed from our website.
